Tapioca Pearl
Pearls:Water=1:8, bring the water to a boil. 
Add pearls to the boiling water and stir until they float. 
Cover and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, stir every 5 minutes.
Turn off heat, cover, and let rest for 30 mins. 
Rinse with drinking water and drain. 
Mix with Cane sugar syrup or brown sugar syrup to taste.
